Welcome to Lily PMU Artist, your trusted Permanent Makeup Studio in Corpus Christi, Texas.
We truly appreciate your trust in our work and our goal is to ensure that every client enjoys a professional, safe, and satisfying experience. Please take a few minutes to read our Policies and Terms of Service below. These guidelines are designed to protect both you and our studio, maintain professional standards, and ensure that every visit flows beautifully from start to finish.

 

1. Booking & Appointments

All services are by appointment only. To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments can be booked online through our official website (www.lilypmuartist.com/booking) or by contacting us directly.
Please confirm your details carefully before submitting.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens!
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Each deposit allows one reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.

If you wish to rebook after a missed appointment (no show), the entire service must be paid in full before your new appointment date can be confirmed.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and scheduling process.

 3. Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
After 10 minutes, the appointment may be automatically canceled and the deposit forfeited.
We kindly ask you to arrive on time so we can give you the care and attention you deserve.

 4. Health & Eligibility

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Before booking your Permanent Makeup service, please review the following list carefully and let us know if any of these conditions apply to you  either current or past:

• Under 18 years old

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

• Healing or scarring problems

• Skin diseases or active skin conditions

• Heart diseases or circulatory issues

• Autoimmune disorders

• Use of blood thinners or anticoagulant medication

• Hepatitis or hemophilia

• Current chemotherapy treatments

• Uncontrolled diabetes

• Epilepsy or severe allergies

• Severe scarring or tendency to form keloids

• Current use of painkillers or antibiotics

• Open wounds, infections, or irritation in the treatment area (eyelids/brows/lips)

• Fungal or eye/eyelid infections

• History or tendency to cold sores (if lip micropigmentation will be performed)

If you have any of the conditions listed above, please contact us before scheduling your appointment.  We’ll help you determine if the service is safe for you or if it’s best to postpone it.

7 Days Before Your Appointment

To ensure the best results and a safe procedure:

• Avoid taking blood thinners such as aspirin.

• Do not consume vitamin C, vitamin E, or fish oil.

• Avoid weight-loss pills, tanning beds, and direct sun exposure.

24 Hours Before Your Appointment

• Avoid caffeine, alcohol, tea, ibuprofen, or energy drinks.

• Do not smoke.

• Avoid applying oils, creams, or lash treatments to the treated area.

• Do not wear false eyelashes if you are going to have eyeliner micropigmentation.

• Keep your lips well hydrated if you are going to have lip micropigmentation.

These simple steps help your skin stay calm and ready for the procedure, allowing pigments to heal beautifully and last longer.

5. Results & Expectations

Every client is unique so are your results!
Final outcomes depend on your skin type, age, health, and aftercare routine.
We always personalize each service to your face and style, but exact replication of photos or other results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Touch-Up Appointments

Touch-ups are not included in the initial price unless otherwise stated.
It is your responsibility to book your touch-up within the recommended timeframe.
After that window, different rates will apply.

Touch-up prices vary between $150 - $380 depending on the time since your original session.

7. Payments

We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and approved digital payments.
Cash payments are welcome — having your total prepared helps make your visit smooth and efficient.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

8. Photos & Media Consent

By booking, you agree that Lily PMU Artist may use before/after photos or videos for marketing or educational purposes while maintaining your privacy.
If you prefer that your images not be shared, simply inform us before your service.

9. Loyalty & Referral Program

Our Special Benefits & Referral Program offers free services or gifts when your referred friends sign up and register on our site.
All referrals must be real, verifiable clients.
To claim your gift, your referral’s registration and contact information must be valid and confirmed.

Birthday rewards are valid only when your date of birth matches your official ID at the time of redemption.

10. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise noted.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us.
All personal information collected — such as name, contact info, and birthday — is used solely for scheduling, communication, or loyalty rewards.
We never share your information with third parties.

12. Studio Conduct

We maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests.
Please silence your phone and avoid bringing extra guests or children unless previously approved. Respect for your artist and others ensures a better experience for everyone.

13. Liability Disclaimer

All services are performed by licensed and certified professionals following industry standards and hygiene protocols. Lily PMU Artist is not responsible for results affected by client aftercare, lifestyle, or failure to follow provided instructions.

We may update our Policies and Terms periodically to reflect improvements in our services or changes in industry standards. All updates will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
